How to make Pastillas


Pastillas de leche are sweet milk candies that are usually served for dessert. They are very easy to serve because you don't need to cook to make pastillas. What we have is a no-cook fast and simple dessert recipe intended to gratify your cravings right away. Also, cooking or heating any recipe is not necessary. All you have to do is to mix the ingredients together and there it is, a super sweet delicious milk candy that you can have for dessert in no time. Making pastillas is also a great home based business.

Here are the

ingredients you will need:

1 can condensed milk(300 ml)

2 cups of powdered milk

sugar

Japanese paper

Steps in making the Pastillas:

1.) Sift over the powdered milk with a strainer.

2.) Combine the condensed milk with the sifted powder milk.

3.) Mix and blend evenly, using spoon, then,

press with hand.

4. )Heat in low heat stirring thoroughly until mixture forms into a paste.

5.) Set aside for 5-10 minutes before shaping into small balls.

7.)Dust tray or cutting board with confectioners sugar or white sugar.

8.)Take about a tablespoon of milk mixture and form into a cylinder and roll in confectioners sugar or white sugar. Size of milk candy depends on what size you prefer

. (You can add oil in your hands so the sugar will not stick with your hands)

9.) Wrap with the japanese papers
